The Mansa Devi Temple is dedicated to Goddess Mansa Devi. It is situated atop Bilwa Mountains at an altitude of 1000m. The temple is also one of the oldest temples of Haridwar.
Mansa Devi means the Goddess of desire. It is believed that devotees who come here and pray with a pure heart get their desires fulfilled.
