Terms & Conditions for Car Rentals Bookings

• Fuel expense including Driver Services are included in the above price.
• Toll and Parking included in the cost.
• Cost mentioned above is for Chardham only and extra on the way sightseeing out side sightseeing will be chargeable. This is to be directly settled with the driver.
• Driver will not drive after sunset, as it is not allowed as per Uttarakhand Govt.
• Driver are trained and will not go on speed beyond the normal speed allowed by the Indian Motor Vehicles ACT.
• Sightseeing as per the itinerary (wherever the Vehicle would be allowed to go).
• Music system will not play on the hills as per Uttarakhand Govt.
• Please be ready for any technical fault in car during the yatra.
• All the additional charges will be payable directly to driver by cash.
• A/C will be switched off on hilly routes.
• Kindly check the vehicle before leaving. We are not responsible for any loss of bags/articles.
